Most first-day problems can be narrowed down quickly when you change one thing at a time. Start with the player, device and network checks below, then give support enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Login details are rejected
Retype the username, password or playlist address rather than pasting text with a hidden space. Check capital letters and similar characters. Confirm that access has been activated and that you are using the login method intended for your player.
Categories or programme information are empty
Leave the player open while its first sync completes, then refresh the playlist or programme guide. Check the device date and time. If only one category is missing, ask whether it is included in the current plan and region.
Playback buffers or stops
Restart the player and router, pause other large downloads and test near the router. Compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet if available. Try another eligible item and another supported device. Note whether the problem affects everything or one source.
Picture without sound, or sound without picture
Change the player’s hardware-decoding option if the app supports it, test another audio track and restart the device. Older televisions may not support every video or audio format. A modern external streaming device can help isolate compatibility issues.
What to send support
Provide the device brand and model, operating system, player name, connection type, time of the issue and the exact on-screen message. A screenshot is useful only after hiding usernames, passwords, playlist URLs and other access details.
- Describe the expected result
- Say whether the issue affects all content or one item
- List the checks already completed
- Never post access credentials publicly
Where to get help
Use the customer-support route shown on the site or email support@buy-iptv.uk. Setup guidance is available during the first week. Response times can vary, so send one complete message instead of several fragments.
